State of North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors requires that all Licensed Professional Counselors provide each client with a Professional Disclosure Statement.  As mandated by North Carolina State Law, such a Professional Disclosure Statement will be shared with each client seeking professional counseling services from Dr. Michael Reynolds.  It is important to note that all counseling sessions are strictly confidential with the following exceptions.  Dr. Michael Reynolds and any other agent acting upon his behalf or on the behalf of Dayspring Counseling  is require by law to report:

* threats of harm to another or oneself

* domestic violence

* child or elder abuse

* by court order

* per your signed release
